Terms of use

These terms apply to the StryderIQ app and stryderiq.app, provided by Jarmos Group Pty Ltd (ABN 49 682 682 604, ACN 682 682 604), Queensland 4210, Australia ("StryderIQ", "we"). By using StryderIQ you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older to create an account, and 18 or older to win prizes. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Running safely

StryderIQ is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training plan. Obey road rules, stay aware of your surroundings and never use the app in a way that puts you or others at risk. Territory and leagues never require you to go anywhere unsafe or private.

Fair play

Don't record runs in vehicles, edit GPS data, share accounts or use any trick to gain XP, territory or draw entries. We may remove rewards, reset rankings or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the runs, photos and posts you add. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service, in line with the visibility you choose. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or that you don't have the right to share.

Community standards

StryderIQ has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send anything hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, threatening or discriminatory, and don't bully, impersonate or target other runners, in posts, comments, names, bios, crew names or challenges. You can report content or a runner from the "..." menu and block anyone at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these rules, without warning where needed.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you buy ($7.99 AUD per month or $69.99 AUD per year in Australia at launch). It renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Promotions

The monthly draw is free to enter for every runner, with no purchase necessary, and has its own terms. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, or involved in, any StryderIQ promotion.

Changes and availability

We keep improving StryderIQ, so features may change. We'll tell you about important changes to these terms. We aren't liable for losses caused by the service being unavailable, except where the law says we must be.
