Privacy policy

StryderIQ is run by Jarmos Group Pty Ltd (ABN 49 682 682 604, ACN 682 682 604), Queensland 4210, Australia. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, username, profile photo and sign in provider (Apple, Google or Facebook if you use them).
• Run data: GPS location during runs, distance, time, pace, elevation, cadence and heart rate if you connect Apple Health.
• Game data: XP, leagues, territory zones, crews, draw entries and invite codes.
• Subscription status from the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
• Messages you send to the AI coach, so it can answer you.
• Basic device and usage information to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

To track and show your runs, run leagues, territory and the monthly draw, personalise coaching, prevent cheating, provide support and improve the app. We don't sell your personal information.

Location and your home

Location is only recorded while you are tracking a run or have started a live share. Public maps on this website hide the first and last 200 m of every run. Private profiles show nothing publicly, and you choose who sees each run.

Who we share with

• Service providers who host our data and run features for us: Supabase (database and storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Mapbox (maps), and Anthropic, our AI provider, for coach replies. Some may store data outside Australia.
• Anthropic (AI coach): only after you agree in the app, we send your coach messages and a summary of your training (distances, times, paces, splits, elevation, weather, run notes, your league and goal) so the coach can reply. We don't send your name, email, location or GPS routes, and Anthropic does not use it for advertising. You can switch this off any time in the app settings.
• Other runners, only as your privacy settings allow.
• Regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.

Draw winners

If you win, we publish your first name, last initial and suburb on the draw page and keep the records regulators require.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your information at any time. See delete your account, or email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
